Other Cities: 5-8 working days
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of PKR 300 (for orders up to 1kg).

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, we will re-attempt delivery. If the package is returned, the customer must pay the shipping fee again for re-dispatch.

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ Defective, damaged, or expired products – If you receive a damaged, faulty, or expired item, we will replace it.
✔ Wrong item received – If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange an exchange.
✔ Incorrect order by the customer – If you ordered the wrong item, you may exchange it (return shipping costs apply).
⛔ Returns are NOT accepted if:
The product has been used or opened.
The product is damaged due to misuse.
