📦 Standard Shipping Details
Processing Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Dispatch Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery Timeline:
Lahore: 2-3 working days
Other Cities: 5-8 working days
Shipping Fee: Flat rate of PKR 300 (for orders up to 1kg).

⚡ Urgent / Express Delivery (TCS)
Need your order faster? We offer express shipping via TCS for an additional charge:
Lahore: PKR 300 (for up to 1kg) – delivery within 1 working day.
Other Cities: PKR 400 (for up to 1kg) – delivery within 2-4 working days.

🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS to monitor your delivery status.
If you do not receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch, please contact us.

🔄 Delivery Policy & Failed Deliveries
Please provide complete and accurate shipping details to avoid any delays.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient not being available, we will re-attempt delivery. If the package is returned, the customer must pay the shipping fee again for re-dispatch.
